St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church Troy

PCP was contracted to perform the interior build out of the sanctuary area of St. Mark Coptic Orthodox church in 2015.  The original church shell was constructed in 2010.

Working with RDF Construction and St. Marks, PCP installed over 41,000 lf of framing, 33,000 sf of drywall in an area just under 10,000 sf.  The ceilings feature 2,500 sf of vaulted ceilings with 9 domes, the largest being 24’ diameter and 18’ tall which stood over 50’ above the finished floor.  These items were made from 430 pcs of Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG).  PCP recommended and installed Level 5 taping to all GFRG joints so no seams could be detected.  The craftsmanship of PCP's field staff worked diligently to assure the highest quality of installation and finish.
