PCP was contracted by The Christman Company to perform both the exterior framing and interior build out of this four story 134,000 sf building.  PCP will perform exterior framing and sheathing along with all interior metal framing and drywall finishing.  Included in our work category is lead lined drywall and borated panels for radiation protection.  PCP will also be installing higher end finish materials such as liner metals ceilings, metal column covers and acoustical ceilings.  As a first for PCP all layout of the interior framing is being done with the help of Focus 35 GPS guided total station.
