Pontiac Ceiling/Ann Arbor Ceiling and Partition, as part of a quad venture HUB Interiors Group, has completed approximately 80% of the construction of the Ford Hub Central Campus Design Center Project. This project reflects Ford’s Master Plan Vision of a global epicenter for smart technologies and versatile mobility systems for the future. This massive state of the art 2M SF facility will eventually house over 20,000 employees that will encourage a greater sense of collaboration and knowledge exchange.

The PCP/AACP quad venture has performed over $150M of $200M contract in a short 12 month time frame. Our team supported the requirements of 20 hour days, 6 days per week, while employing upwards of 200 field personnel. We will complete the final 20% of the project beginning in August 2026.

This is the most challenging project in our history and has been the most successful one as well so far.
