PCP renovated 13 floors in 13 weeks of the Chrysler House Building, for Quicken Loans through Bedrock Real Estate Services and Turner Construction Company.  A complete demolition of each floor, revived into a brand new vibrant suite of offices for Quicken Loans.  The project schedule demanded 3 shifts of trades, basically working 24/7 until move in.  With no sacrifice in quality, PCP crews worked hand in hand with Turner and all trades to perform in at an incredibly fast pace, installing over a half million square feet of  drywall, with over 30,000 man hours performed.
