The Basco Broadway Lofts project is a nine-story development consisting of retail space on the first floor, common areas on the second floor and residential units on floors three through nine. Pontiac Ceiling and Partition has been selected by Roncelli Inc as a major trade partner on this development. PCP will be installing the CFMF structure including panelized walls, floor trusses and metal decking. PCP will also be installing the exterior cladding, spray applied fireproofing, doors, frames, hardware, light gage framing, drywall, millwork, trim and acoustic ceilings. PCP
