PCP was able to procure two restaurant fit outs on the ground level of the Albert Avenue East Lansing Center City Towers. One of which was Barrio Mexican Restaurant, complete with a Dia De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) decorative story theme.  The most challenging bit of this project was framing the engineered structural mezzanine and deck.
