Project Name: Dearborn Star Theatre
Location: Dearborn, MI
The project involved the construction of the new 21-screen theatre complex at Fairlane Mall in Dearborn, Michigan. This was the first Multi-plex of this type ompleted less than 12 months. We provided a total quality approach to the new and future prototype development. This was a very labor intensive project. We provided over 80 field personnel for our work, and we also provided an additional 400 man days of work in the final month to supplement and support the electrical, painting and flooring contractors.
