Project Name: St. Joe's Hospital
Location: South Bend, Indiana
St. Joe’s Hospital included construction of a 670,000 SF hospital, 15,000 SF central utility plant and a 5,000 SF maintenance facility located on a 90-acre Greenfield site.
The core of the campus is a large two-story diagnostic and treatment center that will include the emergency department, imaging, diagnostic, surgery, cath / IR, interventional cardiology and conferencing areas.
In addition, multiple-story inpatient tower will provide 254 in-patient rooms and baths with a hotel-style feeling. A business center will be available for patients and visiting family members.
